Punjab National Bank Debit Card — Regarding regarding double payment for the same bill amount through pnb atm cum debit card | |||
I had made reliance post paid monthly bill payment of rs 917 on 30/06/2016 (at 9.12pm) through my pnb atm cum debit card but at pnb payment gateway it showed payment unsuccessful. but still that amount of rs 917 was deducted from my account and transferred to reliance communication. the transaction id generated was c81645561 and transaction details in my account was: ecom[protected] reliancecomm \ At 10.25pm i again made payment of rs 917 thru same debit card, to which reliance confirmed that payment was successful. again the amount of rs 917 was deducted from my account. transaction id was c81700284. So the issue is payment of rs 917 has been deducted two times from my bank account in favour of reliance communication but accepted only once by reliance. so where did my other payment go? I made a complaint in bank (srn no. a[protected] regarding two times payment deducted from my account on 30/06/2016. they reverted back to me after almost a month on 27/07/2016 by rejecting my claim due to successful transaction. I even complained on reliance customer care (sr no.[protected] for the same on 27/07/2016 But my complaint was rejected because they did not receive my payment. (transaction id: c[protected] Hence its clear now that the problem of payment has occured at debit card payment end only. i really dont understand what kind of customer service pnb is providing to its valued customers. without further delay pls look into the matter and do the needful asap.
