Hi. My name is Manmeen Kaur. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. My phone no is [protected]. I am trying from approx 4-5 months to pnb customer care that my mobile transaction is not working. But they always give me email id and said please mail your problem to this mail id.and i did mail for twice or thrice times but didnt get any response. and the executives of customer care behaves so rude.even they dont know how to solve this problem. after all this i went to bank .even they dont know how to do it. nobody helps me out of this problem. every executive have his own story. one said my internet banking is active and other said i have to register internet banking. Everytime i have a very simple query they make it so big and said mail your query to this this mail id. they dont even try to solve the problem and many dont know how to solve the problem. i am fed up from all this.
