Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amazon initiated a refund on my bank account and I didnt recieve it since last 3 months

They gave me a transaction number but when visited the bank it is not working with them all my efforts gone to ashes they are saying it is refunded bank is sayong they are not able to trace it i had given a written complaint on the same but there is no response from the bank and the amazon is saying its the banks fault they both are pushing it onto each other
