[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amazon initiated the refund but amount has not credited to my bank account

I had placed an order on AMAZON, But due to quality issue i returned it after that they initiated the refund of rs 269, with refund reference number 30005110411041224943122 whose last date was 18th feb 2021, but 4 march has been passed but still i didnt received my refund.
