[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amazon refund not credited | |||
Dear sir, A transaction was made on 11/aug/2019 to amazon india through upi. The same amount was refuned by amazon India on 01/09/2019 to my pnb account. But after passing 29 days, the amount is still not credited into my account. The detail of transaction is mentioned below: Transaction refernce no.:[protected] Transaction date: 01/sep/2019 Transaction done by: amazon india Amount: rs. 1355/- Bank name: pnb I have attached screenshot of the refund intiated e-mail Please resolve the issue. Oct 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Steps I took to receive my refund:
1. Called Amazon to get as much as Information about the transaction like Time, Date and Ref No.
2. Called PNB Customer Care, get the complaint registered.
3. Went on PNB complaint portal, registered a complaint on my own.
4. Complaint through this portal.
The Day I registered a complaint through cosunercomplaints.in, I got my refund back.
