[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amount deducted but order not placed

While placing order on amazon order id:[protected]. The payment stuck in between and amount of rs 1299 has been deducted from my bank account. Amazon is claiming that they do not receieve any amount and pnb also declines.
