I sent rs. 500 on my freecharge wallet from my pnb bank account through bhim upi app.

Date : 2.12.2018.

Neither this amount of rs. 500 being shown in my freecharge wallet nor deposited bank in my bank account.

In this regard i have got response from freecharge customer support, they didn't get money.

Kindly credit back my valuable money to my bank account.
