Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amount deducted no refund | |||||
I did onlineshopping on 7/1/2017 rs 1349, onlinecake.in, payment was done through pnb atm via paytm.com. Payment failed and amount was deducted ecom109093. Amount not refunded till now Registed complain then waited more than 4 monts now they are saying amount send to online merchant after registering complain How this can happen.
