Hello I have a account in pnb bank. I have purchased some items from amazon on 19/06/2019 & payment done by bhim upi of rs 5325. I returned some times and the amount of returned item is 1298. Dated 25/06/2019. But did not get my amount till date and also complaint through customer care but did not get proper response. Refund reference #[protected].
