Punjab National Bank [PNB] — amount not reversed back into account | |||
My self anita kumari primary holder of the account number [protected] On 7th of august at 7.28pm i did transaction ie upi money transfer to other account through phone pe application for the amount of rs 24000 inr. The same was unsuccessful and the amount debited from the account and it's not reversed back into the account till now. I Called many times customer care made them aware of the issue and the complaint was registered vide complaint number m[protected]. But no execution regarding this reflected into my account till now. It was an emergency i hardly need that amount, if transaction failed than it should be right away reversed back into the account. But despite of this amount got seized for unknown number of days. And also the email help desk of pnb is very unresponsive and poor. Was this information helpful? | |||
