Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Amount refunded by amazon on 01/07/2021 but not credited in account

Sir i have purchase product from amazon on 26/6/2021

my payment rs 1014 debited twice . I cancelled my order.
As per the refund policy of amazon this amount of rs. 1014 & rs. 1014 will be credicted upto 10 days.

Sir, i have contacted customer care number they provided me reference id 75105171178000633516373 & 75105171178000633509592 and told me that your amount has been refunded by these reference id on 01/07/2021
sir this amount of rs 2028/- not credited in my account please help me
