Punjab National Bank [PNB] — atm fraud

I tried to withdraw an amount of inr 1000 from shakarpur central bank atm (Code - f30n166907). The transaction was unsuccessful, however the amount got debited with inr 10, 000. I received notification from bank regarding the deduction. I went to atm to check but there was no security. I have already lodged a complain to my concerned bank (Pnb). My complaint id is m[protected].
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Updated by RohitTiwari18 Mar 11, 2018 Its been 7 days of lodging my complaint and still i haven't received any call, message or email about my complaint status except the feedback of 'complaint being received'.
I am so unsatisfied with the working efficiency of the bank.
I am a student and for me Rs 10, 000 matters a lot and they are being so late and inefficient about it.
Disappointed.
