I purchased jacket from amazon on 30th november but the refund was initiated on 17th december nd amazon has given me the refund reference number it’s been 10 days nd i did not got my money back pathetic service from pnb no one is helping me today is 26th of dec.. Amazon is saying that file charge dispute file you will get the refund amount.. My refund reference number[protected]

    I have done my payment to Amazon Rs.5648. And I return my product to Amazon and Amazon initiate refund amount in my card ( master debit card) in 15/12/2018. and also provide me reference no.
    75503728350025376408335 regarding my refund. But I did not got my refund in my account. Plz solve my problem as earler As possible. So plz do the need full.

      I didn't get my initiated refund from amazon.
      Amazon initiated my refund on 15 december 2018 but i didn't get into my given bank account. I have complaint this into my near branch but i didn't get any resolution. I also talk to the amazon customer service they are saying that they have proceed the balance and given the refund reference code given below. But i don't get the initiated amount back.
      The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 761609.
      Kindly proceed my balance to my bank account. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

        I ordered 2 watches from amazon on 15/12/18 but i cancelled that order on same date. Refund is transferred into my account on 21/12/18 but it is not shown on my bank account. Transaction id is 784426. I had contacted to bank customer care they said refund is not transferred into your account. I also contacted to amazon customer care service they said refund is transferred into your account on 21/12/18.

          I purchased a mobile phon honor8x (Blue 4 gb ram, 64gb internal storage) inr-14999 on 15 dec than i cancelled it. Then amazon send me a msg than refund initiated from over side on 15dec they provide me a reference code75503728350025376520790 and ask to bank about your refund. I called them n said to file a charge dispute they denied n said we just check that ur money credited in your account or not. Cant help.

          Finally i got my money . I also complaint in pnb bank custmor service n droped a mail too n complaint to cusumer form bt i think email work .so try for it and wait for 45 days it will added in Ur account with in45 days after complain.

            [resolved] punjab national bank [pnb] — refund from online purchase

            I purchased
            Y&s uv protection wayfarer unisex sunglasses (Black) - combo pack from 11/12/2018 amazon on and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled 16/12/2018 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#auth code# 929911
            But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
            Same behaviour by branch also.
            Don't know what to do

              Purchased a gajraj knitted winter cap from amazon but due to some reason i have to cancle the item though i payed amazon with debit card so they refunded the amount but amount was not credited in bank server then i contact to bank customer care but they did not listen my problem and denied to fill charge dispute form though i have also reference number of that transaction

                  Pnb bluffed me with attractive interest rates and offered me with a good loan amount. Once i became a customer to pnb, they changed their attitude. They promised me something and they gave me something else. They just cheated me.

                  I needed a loan for both place and construction. So i applied for a loan in pnb bank and i required 4600000 for both construction and for plot.
                  Pnb people came to me and took my documents then they
                  Promised me to provide 4500000 as per my salary and pnb gave me initial sanction letter for 4500000 with 8.97% interest rate.
                  Once i gave them a processing fee, they gave me another sanction letter with less amount[protected] and after some time they gave me another sanction letter with very less amount with high interest rate (9.20). And taking insurance premium for 4500000, even they are providing 3200000 loan.

                  This is unfaithful service, how come sanction letter will be changed thrice.
                  And they are very rude, pnb staff doesn't know how to speak to clients.
                  They provide cheque to the honor before informing the customer. They take too much processing amount but they refused to provide acknowledgement for charges. Pnb people insist the customer to come to the bank for every small thing, but they came to my office before i became their customer. Many banks come to the customers place and speak very polite with customers.

                  Sales people cross the clients and they don't even respond to clients emails then what kind of organisation it is. Even they don't provide you correct information and even client wouldn't know his emi date as they don't provide
                  Any documents yet. Most of the banks inform the customer regarding emi and responds to the clients emails.
                  It's very reckless service to not responding to client emails for ages.

                  Pnb must approve the loan what they promise to the customer. They made me to change the sale agreement thrice, i lost money here too.

                  Processing fee is also not making any sense because customer is already giving cheques with15000 inr, than why customer should pay separately for 2750 inr cash for agreement between bank and customer. Pnb is getting the business from me and why should i pay two different processing fees? Pnb staff refused to provide acknowledgements for cheque and cash payment, it sounds illegal.

                  They don't know even know few english words and they are not unable answer for customer queries. Clients expect to get a call from pnb and update. It's suspicious as pnb directly speak to the builder instead of clients.

                  I sent several emails to customer care and branch people but they never contacted me. It's been more then two weeks, is any bank there who won't respond to customer emails?is it called customer care?there is no worth to customer money.

                    I do the recharge on my airtel no but balance deduct recharge unsuccessful i want to money back in my accout my account no is [protected]
                    Three days earlier I ordered a something from myntra and i did payment from my debit card. The order amount was deducted from my account but payment was undone.

                      With frofound sorrow i want to bring to your kind notice that pnb bank deera parol distt. Hamirpur himachal pradesh is not doing transactions through pmfms system inspite of several requests they are not reday to make transactions through this system. I have generated a ppa on dated 30 june c[protected] and submitted it to bank on 2nd july but it expires and no transaction has been done by bank i again submitted three ppa generated on 4th dec 2018 i. E c[protected], c[protected], c[protected], and submitted to the bank on dated 6 dec but they all expires and no transaction has been done by the bank till 15 dec 2018 so your goodself is here by requested to take neccessary action and oblige me

                          I have ordered a redmi 4 64 gb mobile on 17 october 2017 which transaction has been successful and deducted from my bank account but order has been canceled and till now i have not received any refund. I am totally frustrated what can i do in this concern i have called you many time and i touch with bank team also they also told me that the transaction has been successed from their side. Please give me any way how to action the particular concern.                             Dear sir,

                            This is to inform to you that i am maintaining a saving bank account no - [protected] with your branch. I am unable to make any transaction in my said account since last aug-2017 and i am regularly going to bank for said problem but i am not find any solution till now.

                            The last reply of bank to me that the said problem should be resolve from pnb head office.
                            I have wrote many e mails to bank but have not received any reply from bank yet.

                            I am very tied from round to round of bank.

                            Kindly do the needful and activate my said account as earlier.

                              I am sb a/c holder of pnb branch (Block e, sector 7, dwarka, new delhi-110075), branch code: punb0769700. I applied for a new chip debit card through call on customer care before 25 days (On 20th november) but till date i did not get my debit card and when i contacted to pnb home branch, branch staff said your new debit card applied but you contacted to the customer care, and customer care said you contacted to bank branch but till date not get any resolution.

                              Kindly help me on this matter as urgent. Thanks!

                                I have an account with your esteemed bank punjab national bank sector-13, urban estate, karnal
                                I issued a cheque no-355734 of rs-21848/- dated 19/11/2018 from my account number-[protected] in the name of meenuchugh/varinderchugh joint od account in favor of iffco tokyo general insurance company of my car.
                                Very next day i got a sms for bounce of cheque, to know the reason i called your toll free no. From my registered mobile no-[protected]. This can be checked from recording of your toll free number and they insured me that there is no bouncing. Just to confirm this same i visited the branch and they told there is no bouncing.
                                Today on 14/11/2018 when i got the statement there is a bouncing of a cheque because of drawer signature difference.
                                As i am a very old customer of bank all cheque issued are clear then why this car insurance cheque was bounced if any mishappening of my car will happen then who is responsible for it please let me know.
                                Hope you will resolve my problem and don’t push me for knocking the door of consumer court.

                                  On 11/12/2018 in Bank of India ATM(Sarvoday Nagar) my account got debited by 500 while the ATM didnt give any cash and ATM receipt read "UNABLE TO DISPENSE CASH" but the money still got deducted from my account.

                                    I cancelled my order on 10th-dec-2018 (Around 01:00 am) which i booked on amazon.in on 9th-dec-2018 (Order id #[protected] of amount 9008 inr rupees and on the same day i got a mail from amazon customer care about the confirmation of refund but till yet amount is not credited in my account even after three days of that confirmation.

                                    So here i want to ask that where is my refunded amount. Before i lodging complains on consumer forum i talked to both customer services but my issues are not resolved yet.

                                        Hello: i took 2 policies - premium 30k and 50k annual. The agent mentioned 5 years premium and 10 year maturation and the returns will be doubled (Near) after the maturation.

                                        After 3 years of investing i realized that my policies are for 10 years and maturation is for 10 years and the returns are less than my total investment.
                                        30x10 = 3 lakhs. The sum assured after 10 years is 2.92lakhs with some dividends which are not promised.

                                        I wrote to grievance cell. Ms nidhi tuli, senior executive. Instead of helping or resolving she is indifferent.
                                        By policies there is nothing that can be done.
                                        Can you please suggest what are next steps to me.
