Dear sir / madam,

I had requested the bank to please transfer my ppf amount with interest to my savings a/c of pnb bank vapi (Gujarat). My ppf a/c started from[protected] and maintained to[protected]. My ppf and savings a/c detail as given below and also attached scan copy of both a/c passbook.

1) ppf a/c detail.
A/c no - 006900ppf[protected],
Name - shiv pratap singh tomer,
Branch – pnb bank, civil lines,
Bulandshahar, u. P.

2) savings a/c detail.
A/c no - 390300 [protected],
Name – shiv pratap singh tomer,
Branch – pnb bank, 202- a block,
Samarpan complex,
Hariya park, vapi,
Gujarat.
Still there is no assistance provided from the bank i had mailed to the pnb branch, its hierarchy executives & its complaint centre no such response is given please help me

Sir,
No such response has been initiated by the customer service of PNB till now please help me it has been almost a year, please take some actions against them.

    I purchased honor 7x from amazon on 04/09/2018 and canceled it aftrr one hour. It was purchased for 14999/-.Amazon has initiated the refund. But it does not reflect in my account about 7 days. They have given me refund reference no 286404 and told me about charge dispute but customer care and brancj of bank is there is no such thing. Pnb is offering no helpful service. There staff is very rude. And they are not giving their services properly. Please help me. I will be very thankful to u.

      I have been locked out of my online account and been trying to activate for last few months without any success. Every time i go to the branch there is no electricity so i am told it cannot be activated. The electricity goes off in ranikhet every single day. Sometimes for over 24 hours at a stretch. Surely there is some other way to activate the account. Besides this i am unable to use my card for on line payment because every time the otp comes too late to use it or does not come at all.         I am senior citizen saving account holder in pnb kakrola mor new delhi. My a/c was transferred from army post office in dec 2017. I was paid interest up to oct2017 by post office and there after by pnb. However interest of one quarter (Oct to dec 17) is not paid to me. The bank statement reflects that the same has been paid but not credited to my a/c.
        The bank manager is not co-operating at all despite my request to go through the matter but all in vain. He is compelling me to lodge a registered complaint. I have recorded his furious arguments in my mobile. My details are as.

        I have refund reference number:[protected]. I havent recieved any refund from amazon but they have said the issue is with pnb bank not from theirs. But the customer care and branch keep saying the issue is with amazon .its already been 20 days hope they resolve this soon .

          Most humbly and respectfully I want to say that my debit card is not deliver on the given address. I also contact to the post office but he is not responding any conclusion. Then finally I go to home branch but he told me that you contact to customer care to solve your problem recently i called customer care but he also told me that I am helpless I can't help you. You contact to branch manager. Then I lastly harassed and complain to you please solve my problem immidiately. I am very thankful to you. :)

            I have would like to say that my current account in your bank branch balotra. My cheque lost in bank by mistake of bank staff.. Soo me write letter to bank stop that cheque of payment.. Than bank taken unfair charge on my account 118+118 twice charged in my account. Sooo i complain on bank mananger but bank manager not corporate with customer they misbehave with customer alway.. I wanna strickly action about that otherwise me complain on consumer court...

              My mother smt vijay lakshmi w/o late vijay kumar agarwal r/o 114/3 j. K. Colony, jajmau, kanpur 208010 holds an locker in pnb branch chakeri, kanpur with branch code 2863. Locker has no nomination.
              Now the situation is that my mother is hospitalised in icu with a critical condition on oxygen and is not in a condition to move to bank in person. Now we are requesting branch manger to accommodate us and do the needful they can send a person to bank for verification but they are rigid and saying that holder has to come in person only. Now in taking patient to bank if any thing happen than who will be held responsible. Secondly how to have nomination done in such case. She in in complete sense, able to recogonise and speaking also
              Please help, i went to bank with undertaking of dr and aadhar card & pan card dually verified by dr.
              They (Bank manager) are not ready to help at any cost.
              Please help us.

                On 1/9/2018 i had booked a round trip flight ticket pune-cok-pune from happy easy go an amount of rs 35690/- was debited from my account pnb neither ticket was provided nor refund was given to me its been 7 days i have been following up with my bank pnb as well as happy easy go but both are playing cat and mouse games it totally unethical my money should be refunded back to me pls revert back on [protected]@gmail.com

                  I purchased some items amounting to rs.529 from needs 24 departmental store, sec-110 ats one hamlet, noida on 30th august 06:21 pm.. I did card payment but my card was declined once so i had to pay again but the money was deducted twice from my account and when contacted tge store they said they had received it only once and my money must be stuck in gateway somewhere. So please refund me my money

                    On 7th july 2018, i transferred rs 15, 000 from my punjab national bank account (A/c no. [protected]) to mukesh kumar sharma's punjab national bank account (A/c no. [protected]) from punjab national bank's atm located at new arya nagar ghaziabad up at 4:27 p. M. But unfortunately transfer didn't completed successfully and amount deducted. After that i complained about that to bank, they told me that they will do something and money will be refunded within 7 days but i didn't get my money back. Then again i tried many times but bank doesn't response me. They only says that they will refund. They are not taking any action about this.

                      I bought a mobile mi a2 and returned it they initiated the refund on 19/08/2018 but i didn't get refund in my account amazon customer service say to file a charge dispute form but pnb coustmer service say that there is not any this type of form so what can i do amazon given me reference no regarding to the refund[protected] there is no way to solve this

                        As you know pnb is oldest bank in our town,
                        But its atm and deposit machine working is too worst. All the people faces lots of problems here. Always cash out of order show in atm machine. But mostly problem in deposit machine, it would never working.
                        If you people cant give services to us then why should plotted deposit machine here.
                        Please look into this and resolve our problem asap

                          I purchased vcare hair shampoo ₹1068 from amazon.in order id #[protected] on 20/08/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 21/08/2018 by seller end and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference code #182151

                          But customer service (Punjab national bank) is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                          Same behaviour by branch (Pnb) also.
                          Don't know what to do

                            I am a senior citizen (64yrs) and had bought a pnb oriental royal mediclaim policy last year. For a rs 400000/- floater policy covering me and my wife
                            (61yrs) i had paid rs 6070/- as premium. However this year for the same policy
                            I am asked to pay up rs 17584/- as premium. I have not made any claim so far from this policy. I find the demand too steep, almost three times more than last year. Kindly clarify.

                              On 30/08/2018 around 4:30pm i tried withdrawing 10000 rupees cash from the pnb atm located at 138, mc road mandya transaction got timed out but later 10000 got deducted from my icici bank account.

                              I contacted pnb bank and gave complaint letter to look into the issue. The amount is not yet revered and credited back to my account.

                                Dear sir,

                                This to bring to your kind attention that i tried withdrawing 3000-/ from my atmon 10th of aug 2018 while the cash was not delivered, account was debited for 3000-/rs, i lodged a complain against the same on same day at pnb call center. The amount was credited (Received) 3000-/ rs on 12 aug 2018.
                                But again on 20th aug 2108, 3000/- rs were debited from my account. I have been following up on the same from last 11 days without any solution and pnb call center is misguiding me, i am calling them every day and after 10day they have register my second complain for detection of 3000-/ rs on 20th aug 2018.
                                Request your help & support in the same.

                                    I vijay kumar attri, a/c no [protected], nehru nagar ghaziabad, transfer the amount of rs. 12000 through neft by mobile banking on 16/05/2018 in corporate account of jay kumar, but amount is not credited into beneficiary account but debited from my account due to transaction failed.

                                    Till date my amount is not refund to my account.

                                    I called to customer care, he told me that your amount is refunded withen 15 days, but till now around 2.5 months are past.

                                    Then i complaint this issue through customer care on 04/07/2018 with complain no. A[protected] and also complain on 10/07/2018 through mail with complain no. M[protected], but till now my problem is not resolve.
                                    After 10/07/2018 i called customer care many time they only told, wait for 24 to 48 hrs our back-end team is not resolve your complain.
                                    Please resolve the issue.

He sent me money of our payment through above mentioned account number on 31/08/2018 at 9pm but i didn't get credited in my icici account. I faced this kind of things many times from my customers who has pnb account. I just want to know that what is meaning of imps after this kind of services from pnb??                                         1. I mrs. Mamta narahari, am holding an saving bank a/c no [protected] [customer no: acj004544], in panjab national bank, pnb house, fort, sir pm road, mumbai-400001, maharashtra.

                                        2. For various reasons, i have not been operating the account for quite some time; and the account is presently ‘inoperative / dormant”. I had requested vide my application dated 31 may 2018 and reminder sent vide email dated 19 august 2018 and email dated 29 august 2018, to operate the account and permanently transfer the account at the following branch as under:-

                                        Address: 13, market yard, digvijay building
                                        Opp. St bus depot,
                                        Satara - 415001
                                        State: maharashtra

                                        3. The following documents were also sent with my application for their perusal and necessary verification for operating and transferring the account :-
                                        (A) kyc form with photograph.
                                        (B) proof of date of birth.
                                        (C) copy of pan card.
                                        (D) copy of aadhar card.
                                        (E) telephone details.

                                        4. Its almost more than three months now, there has been no response to my application and emaisl till date. May i request to you instruct your staff to do the needful and oblige.

                                        5. An early action is requested please.
