1. I mrs. Mamta narahari, am holding an saving bank a/c no [protected] [customer no: acj004544], in panjab national bank, pnb house, fort, sir pm road, mumbai-400001, maharashtra.
2. For various reasons, i have not been operating the account for quite some time; and the account is presently ‘inoperative / dormant”. I had requested vide my application dated 31 may 2018 and reminder sent vide email dated 19 august 2018 and email dated 29 august 2018, to operate the account and permanently transfer the account at the following branch as under:-

3. The following documents were also sent with my application for their perusal and necessary verification for operating and transferring the account :-

(C) copy of pan card.
(D) copy of aadhar card.
(E) telephone details.
4. Its almost more than three months now, there has been no response to my application and emaisl till date. May i request to you instruct your staff to do the needful and oblige.
