I purchasedtwo itmes ₹1969 from myntra on 26/05/2018 and done full payment by debit card but order was returned on 07/06/2018 and now myntra is saying that refund has been send to bank.
So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no.

Bank reference number is - 75105178159001167178745

But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also.
Don't know what to do

    Hi sir/madam,

    I have open ssa in pnb badarpur, pnb staff told me you can add this account in your previous pnb account but i am not able to connect this ssa account in my existing pnb account. During the the validation of account is says account should be 16 digits but my ssa account is 20-digits long.
    How to add it in my pnb account. Please guide me.

      I purchased oppo real me 1 mobile phone rs 13990 from amazon on 5/6/2018 and done full payment by debit card. I cancelled this order 6/6/2018 and now amazon is sayings that refund has been send to your debit card on 7/6/2018. Refund reference number is 683705.
      But customer service is saying they can file nothing like change dispute. My amount is not received. A

        Dear sir/madam,

        This is to bring to your kind notice that i had applied for a fresh atm card on 14 feb 2018 in punjab national bank branch devli road khanpur

        Since, i applied for atm card bank clerk told me that your atm card will be issue after 15 days when i go after 15 days for my card so he told me that your atm card is not ready it will take another 15 days more again after 15 days he said to me the server is not working and it will take 10 to 15 days more after that i reached the bank again he give me the card but not start that one he said card will be work after 24 hours the card is not working till yet so i reached the bank again he said now to me you have to bring your pan card without pan card we can't issue the atm card so i make a pan card and this took my 21 days then went to bank to attache the pan card he said to me we can't do now come tomorrow then i went again attach my bank account with pan card and i went to atm counter one employee told me that today this employee had half day and i went again bank so there was a different clerk on the seat he told me that your amt is working from our side but you have to generate otp by the sms so i send the sms foe otp and i got in reply that your phone no. Is not attach with the account but i am getting all the information regarding bank on the same no. So i went to that employee again then he told me may be your no. Is not attache so fill the form come tomorrow then i got frustrated so i went to the manger he do the same and said to me wait for 24 hours but till now nothing is working there is no revert from bank then i went again to bank he told me call the customer care i called to customer care he said your account is not attache with account i went to the bank again atm counter was empty the staff told me he is gone for the holiday to mata veshno devi come after 5 days then i went to the bank again there was no one one the counter so he told me come monday so i went to the sr. Manager mr jagdish parewa so he said to me come monday again so i told him that i apply for the card on 14 feb 2018 & it's 4 month he did not help me i request him for it then he is misbehaving to me & way of talking is very rudely, i spend more then two hours but they are not helping me & misbehave done by the manage.

        I have made more than 12 rounds of the bank on various days but was always told to come later

        Why should our precious time be wasted over such trifling jobs which would hardly have taken five minutes?

        I am an old customer of the bank and have found it very troublesome to have had to come so many times. It is an unprecedented lack of service and i faced the misbehave by manager mr. Jagdish parewa.

        I request you to issue me a atm card as soon as possible because it is required urgently by me & take some action against the manager. I shall be much obliged.

          Subway.
          They have leaked personal information and given the residential address of my parents.
          And that person has reached our place and torturing my parents.
          I request you to take action against that employee for leaking information.

            refund not credited into my pnb account yet

            My refund of 10599 is still not credited into my pnb account. I had cancelled order of luminous inverter on 2/06/18. The order was placed using mastercard debit card. i called customer care several times but there is no response from their side. I request the team to kindly process my refund as soon as possible. I had put two orders out of which thew one which was done using pnb mastercard is not refunded but the other is done....

            I purchased planet ayurveda tablets ₹680 from amazon and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled and now amazon is saying that refund has been sent to your bank so contact customer service and file charge dispute. They had given to me reference number 727911 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing file charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not. Same behavior by branch also.
            Now don't know what to do.

              But due to to order cancellation refund is initiate by amazon on 8th june but it is not credited in my account
              Amazon told me that they processed full payment but bank take too much time
              I want my money its 34999 what can i do?

                    With due regards, sir i have a pos machine from pnb railway road aligarh. Sir in month of nov 2017 i submitted an application to surrender that machine to the manager pnb railway road aligarh. but till today the machine didn't submitted and their charges debited from my current account no [protected]. for this issue i have visited many times in the branch and also submit another application (Applications attached with this mail), their manager ensure me but i found no results.

                    So hereby i request you please take the necessary action for the same and refund the amount from nov 2017 to till date which is debited from my current account.

                      Mandate ref no.: punb[protected]xxxxxxx issued to reliance retail ltd with value 99999.00 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                      I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. I am attaching screenshot

                          My account is in your punjab national bank branch khanna. Your bank staff mr. Palvinder singh misbehaved with me in the bank. He don't know how to deal with people and in the bank the machines are not working and i didn't get my new pass book which is filled from last month. No one is listening to our problems. Please take a strict action otherwise i have to stop using your bank and to close my account in your bank.

                              Greetings for the day!!
                              This is to inform you about the inconvenience faced by me because of very poor servicing conditions belongs to punjab national bank, rarah, bharatpur, rajasthan. I visited punjab national bank, rarah, bharatpur, rajasthan on dated june 7, 2018 due to cheque clearing. Mr ashok kumar sani have the account in pnb, rarah, bharatpur, rajasthan. He has given me cheque belongs to punjab national bank, rarah, bharatpur, rajasthan. My account belongs to punjab national bank, heeradas, bharatpur, rajasthan, but pnb heeradas bank denied to provide the amount due to mismatch signature of mr. Ashok kumar saini. So i visited to punjab national bank, rarah, bharatpur & show this cheque to shiv dayal meena (Astt. Manager). He asked that have you placed this cheque any other bank. I informed all the situation faced by me due to mismatch signature. Then i asked him “will this cheque work?” he spoke superciliously –“ tu ye bata ki tune ye cheque yaha lagaya he kya”. He passed this statement three times. I denied that i didn’t placed this cheque in your branch. Then he shouted on me & told that “ mere ko koi matlab nahi he”. After listening shouting voice of meena ji, branch manager came & asked that what is happening going on? I told him my problem. He also took support of meena ji & told “ me tumahri kyo sunu, me to apni karmachari ki hi sunuga apki nahi”. He also added that “subah subah daru peekar chale aate he”. When i asked that to whom you are passing this statement. Manager told “ me apse nahi kah raha tha”. Any one can easily understand that he was passing these statement only for me because in front of him only i was present.
                              May you please tell me that branch manager & astt. Manager have the right to demoralize & misbehaving your valuable customers.
                              I trust this is not the way that awful company wishes to conduct business with valued customers — i have been with you since april 2014 and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring.
                              I want to bring this to your kind attention that the branch manager & astt. Manager (Shiv dayal meena) of pnb, rarah, bharatpur, rajasthan do not behave properly with its valuable customers. They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything. They do not provide us right guidance whenever we need it from their end. It is an unprecedented lack of service.
                              I trust in your discretion and promptness in addressing and mediating this matter as soon as possible. Give us an assurance that none of punjab national bank employees will act in such a rude and inconsiderate way again.

                              I tried to order a Red Mi note 5 on flipkart on 8 may, 2018. The money was deducted by bank but the order failed as it showed "payment failed".
                              I complained about this to the bank more than 20 times .But its been more than a month and i am still waiting for my refund.

                              We all customers of branch Pnb Subhash bazar are badly hit by no connectivity problem our bussiness are hitting badly and our company is institing to change bank but being customer from my fathers time I will not change bank but request you to resolve problem at the earliest.

                                I cancel my order of 929.00 rupess on 29th may 2018 and on the same day i got a confirmation mail of cancellation of my order and refund of 929.00 repess as mentioned in the mail it will take 3-5 days if you done your payment using debit card (I use my pnb master card for payment), but even after laps of more than 10 days amounts are not credited on my account.

                                When i talk to amazon customer care regarding this issues on 8th june 2018 then they provide me a refund reference number #5275765907616933703071 and authorization code - 452829 and say, talk to pnb customer care and ask him to trace the status using the refund reference number and authorization code but they denied to do the same and told me that we are not be able to help you in the case. We not have any system by using that we can (Pnb) trace your payment it is sole responsibility of third party (I. E, amazon.in)

Is[protected] the bank will see a pending refund and locate my amount and will follow the path back to refund process will complete my refund amount in account this is a case of vivo v7 back cover

                                    Refund of rs.549 and 449 was processed on 5/31/2018 by amazon and it has been eight days but the amount is still not reflecting in my account.
                                    The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 317330.
                                    Contacted customer care thrice but no action has been taken by them. They said that they can't fetch my details due to technical problem and ask me to call them back after sometime.
