Not receiving the amount from the ATM
Dear sir,
i am having a Saving account in the punjab national bank,and its ac/no. [protected] by the name of Jai Bala Sharma.On date 8th September, 2010, I have used my atm card to debit the amount of Rs. 10000 from Oriental Bank of Commerce , Gajraula ATM ,but I have not recieved the amount,and whose transaction number is 8861.
and I have also made complaint for this in punjab national bank in Industrial Area branch of Gajraula,and I have called to the customer care for this,for which they have given me the complaint number 3438 1962 Dated 9th Sept, 2010,but I have recieved no response from them,and they keep making me fool that i will recieve my money next week,but I have not recieved a single penny from them.
Till the date of today i.e. 20 Sepetmber, 2010, I have not recieved my money.
So its an kind and generous request to you that please take appropriate action against the bank,it will be great help from you.

i m amit kumar sinha from banka bihar. i am doing MBA from AKS-institute of management excellence in noida. i want to take loan from pnb to continue my technical education. as i have applied for the loan from PNB branch named {BANKA } in BIHAR.i have also submitted all the required documents and certificates.BUT the bank manager is making me to roam everyday around the bank.he is also making excuses from 2 months that his posting letter has come.he is also not passing the file to head department of loan.he is also harassing everyday.
sir, i request you to take some necessary action so that i can continue my technical education.
