Several complaints have been filed, including No. 50521930 dated 11.10.10 for faulty PNB ATM(Gobindpuri-YNR) Branch, as Rs.9000/- was stuck-up in it on 6.10.10 while using ATM card. My above amount has not been credited in my PNB(Main Branch-YNR) a/c no. [protected] till date.

Pl let me know immediately at [protected] that how much time PNB(Gobindpuri Branch) will take to credit Rs.9000/- to his own Main Branch (distance only 2 KM) to credit my amount? As I need money immediately, kindly credit the same in my above a/c at the earliest.

    Deer Sir,
    I am a customer of Punjab National Bank an account no.[protected].On 18Aug.2010 i made a transaction of 24000 Rupees but i get only 14000.the ATM Machine could not transaction of 10000 but the amount was cut in my account. Bank does not take any action.please take a proper action against the bank and return my money in my account.

    I am a customer of Punjab National Bank an account no.[protected].On 25 July.2011. i made a transaction of 5000+10000 Rupees but i amt. collect only 5000+10000.the ATM Machine in put the duplicate not five hundred. I am going to your bank for my complete but bank manager very bad behave i was not sitted. atm office in the complete box and donate the security gard bank manager answer. please next complete after two days. my contect no.       Note: 1. Made a call to Sh. Shrikant Sharma A.G.M. at[protected] but could not get proper response.

      2. The officiating branch manager has not acknowledged the receipt of the copy of complaint.

      3. The officiating branch manager has not delivered to the customer the FDR receipt in original that has been submitted to him for renewal. The only certified photocopy of the FDR receipt mentioned above has been delivered to the customer.

      Sir,

      I regret to inform you that the PNB has renewed the FDR of the customer for five years without taking consent from the customer and on getting the said FDR renewed the PNB, Nehru Nagar, Phagwara branch levied penal charges on the FDR amount and deducted 1% interest from the deposited amount.

      The bank has dodged with the customer by making renewal and then making deduction in the interest of 1% as both of the transactions have been made by PNB, Nehru Nagar branch unilaterally.
      Kindly settle the dispute and refund to the depositors 1% penal charges charged from them as there is no fault of the consumer to get the renewal of FDR from the branch for the said period.
      That the bank can not charge even a single paisa as there is no instruction of the depositor to renew the said FDR for 5 years. The bank unilaterally renewed and defrauded the customer by levying penal charges to them.
      That the penal charges and renewal unilaterally by bank is unreasonable, ridiculous, unacceptable and unfair trade practice by your bank given the fact that while your Bank has levied 1% penal interst for the fault made by your own staff so the penal interest should be credited in the account of the depositor.
      Therefore, considering the above stated facts and circumstances, I am compelled to write this notice to you to that either you reverse all above said penal charges levied in the account of the depositor and confirm me about the same or else make necessary arrangement so that the said account of the depositor alongwith Saving Account kindly be closed with immediate effect with making credit of all the debited entries with interest at the prevailing rate of interst so that the depositor can transfer their funds to another bank to save from said unreasonable activities and malpractices of the bank.

      Please treat this notice as a demand for justice,

      Sir,

      This appeal is from Mr. Pawan Kumar Duggal who has been dodged by the PNB, Nehru Nagar, Branch, Phagwara. Kindly look in to the following grievances.

      Branch renewed FDR for 5 years without any instruction by the depositor.
      On approaching the branch the consumer requested to get the said FDR renewed for three years with overdue interest but the branch staff said that the said FDR will not been renewed as such.
      Then the staff cancelled the said FDR and told the consumer that the FDR will be renewed for three years with fresh date.
      On accepting the directions of the bank, the bank deducted 1% rate of interest whereas the consumer has not made any direction regarding renewal till date.
      The bank staff then told that we have no documents of the FD in our record so you will have to submit all the fresh documents once again.
      My son the First Party of the depositor is now an Non Resident Indian and residing at Australia and the documents are being delivered to me to submit a fresh with all formalities in the current date which is not within the parameters of the banking laws and regulations.
      My FD which has been cancelled should be renewed as per my instructions to the bank. The bank can not bound the consumer to abide by the rules framed by the staff.
      That if the documents of deposits are not in bank’s possession then it is deficiency on the part of the bank not of the customer.
      That we have made deposits with the bank in good faith but the bank has made a fraud with me by making deductions to my deposited amount and renewal of FDR without consent of the depositor which is in violation of the RBI guidelines.
      Kindly direct the PNB, Nehru nagar Branch to renew the FDR from the date of maturity for three years. Otherwise I have to file the suit against the bank for deficiency in service under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 at Consumer Court, Kapurthala due to deficiency in service and not adhering to the guidelines of the RBI.
      The documents of the FDR has been submitted with PNB, Nehru Nagar, Phagwara branch the details of the FDR has not been in my knowledge as I have submitted the documents to the PNB, Nehru Nagar, Phagwara branch. The FDR was in joint name as Pankaj Duggal & Pawan Kumar.

        My self Manoj Kumar my salary account No.[protected] in your main branch GONDA (UP).
        On date 18.9.2010, I deviated Rs. 6000.00 in your ATM (Bargaun Gonda) but i not received that amount and my account shows deviated in that ammount.then i meet your branch manager by application but he not received my application so i contact your customer care and registered my complain no.[protected] on dated 24.9.2010.
        But today 09.10.2010 my problem is not short out .By in this problem i faced so many problems like not deposited school fee in child etc.
        Pl. take my problem in v.important basis as soon as possible otherwise i go to upbhokta forum.

          Besides no cash delivery. I have received Payment receipt.               My 10000/- has been deducted from my account during ATM transaction on[protected] from PNB Machine in front of Krishna Institute of Engg & Technology, Ghaziabad-Meerut Road, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad-UP-201206, at time about 17:26 but actually I had not recieved the amount and even the machine have not responded any thing.In the next transaction of Balance enquiry the machine responded Transaction declined.

                I am Nihar ranjan senapati from bhuaneswar city of orissa, having an account no in Panjab national bank. [protected] . yesterday night i tried to retrive money from my acount in the saheed nagar branch ATM. in transaction no is ATM/CWDR/N440 i did not received the mount RS.4200 cash but it is debited from my account. i called to customer care service . They told me this type of problem in happening and it will be solved in next 24 hrs. if in case it is not solved then give a complain . Till now it is not credited. and now i am not able to reach customer service . Kindly take the necessary action ASAP .

                  The following ATM Machines are functioning at all :

                  1. H.P. Petrol Bung, Virender Nagar ATM machine always not working.

                  2. A2 Block, Opposite to Chander Nagar ATM machine always not working.

                  3. Janak Cinema Complex ATM machine (ATM ID : D3150300) was not working yesterday night

                  4. Palam Village Bus Terminus ATM machine was not working yesterday night.

                  Why should the PNB make such huge investment on the machines when it can not maintain such things. Public money is looted. Please set correct the machines immediately and maintain it properly.

                  sir mai aap ka dhayan pnb branch basti up india ki aor karana chahta hu .yaha always atm band rahta .yadi khula bhi rahta hai to atm mai rupees nahi rahta .kabhi bhi is atm se paisa nahi nikalta .

                      I Sangita Rawat, having PNB accounts No.[protected] on dated 04.10.2010.
                      I could not make withdrawal from the ATM (SBI ATM in Ramnagar, Nainital) due to some failure in between the transaction process. I had entered Rs. 4000/- (Rupees Four thousands only) for withdrawal but when the money was about to come, sudden some failure in the ATM occurred.                         PNB ATM in the market of AD Block Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088.Every day in the morning u vl find Secrity Guard carrying on his daily routine viz tooth brushing, shaving, spunging himself, outside ATM premises.Moreover, the sweeper who clean the ATM premises, just clears the dustbin outside ATM leading to lots of bank slips lying scattered all over the open space in the market.It is expected from a good institution not to act irresponsibly and also to keep a watch that whatemployees representing them r behaving.Hope a corrective action

                        This was brought to the knowledge of senior bank official on teh e-mail ID of [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in on 29.09.2010 & then a reminder on 03.10.2010 but with no results.

                        We expect such financial institution to own some social responsibilities for the betterment of the common people but they r rather making things worse

                          Sir , I , Deepak Narayanan have opened an demat + online trading account with punjab national bank, New panvel branch. I had applied for generation of new Password by making an application to the bank on 3rd of September 2010 at the New panvel brach of Punjab National bank where i hold an account. The same has not been done till date. As of today there has been 30 days delay in a new password generation from the bank's end. Requesting you to take a strict action against the bank. Regards.

                                On 30 aug2010 i tried to withdraw rs 15000/- from pnb (Birhana Road Kanpur) atm using my pnb atm card.the money was not dispensed from atm but my Acc.was[protected] debited.I am really regretted and at much pain to tell you that in spite of all my request and efforts,Pnb Is Not Taking Action.In view of the foregoing I here by request your highness to look into the matter.Many time I called in customer care complaint no[protected] but I Have no response.                                     i am having a Saving account in the punjab national bank,and its ac/no. [protected] by the name of Jai Bala Sharma.On date 8th September, 2010, I have used my atm card to debit the amount of Rs. 10000 from Oriental Bank of Commerce , Gajraula ATM ,but I have not recieved the amount,and whose transaction number is 8861.

                                    and I have also made complaint for this in punjab national bank in Industrial Area branch of Gajraula,and I have called to the customer care for this,for which they have given me the complaint number 3438 1962 Dated 9th Sept, 2010,but I have recieved no response from them,and they keep making me fool that i will recieve my money next week,but I have not recieved a single penny from them.

                                    Till the date of today i.e. 20 Sepetmber, 2010, I have not recieved my money.
                                    So its an kind and generous request to you that please take appropriate action against the bank,it will be great help from you.

                                      It is to inform you that on 29 Aug 2010 at 17:13hrs.I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 10,000/- from ATM of HDFC bank at sarojini nagar market but the transaction did not materialise . So i inserted the ATM card again but even for the second time the transaction did not materialise but an amount of Rs 20,000/-(TWENTY THOUSAND ONLY) was deducted from my S/B A/C NO:[protected]. I booked a complaint No. 34046462 immediately at the call centre. I was told that the amount will be credited back to my a/c in 12 days but it is regretted that even after 13 working days the amount has not been received back.
                                      kindly take immediately action to retrieve my amount as i am in dire need of cash.

                                      I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 21 April, 2011at 20:05hrs.I went to an ATM of PNB bank at Dwarka Sector-10 and wish to draw an amount of Rs 25, 000/- On my first attempt I request for Rs. 12, 000/- and got the amount successfully, but while making the second attempt for Rs. 13, 000/-, the transaction did not materialize . On receiving the SMS Alert at my registered Mobile No. I was surprised that an amount of Rs 13, 000/- was debited from my above mentioned S.B A/c. Immediately I tired to contact your customer service centre, there I lodged my request against complaint No 54961912 on same day i.e. 21.04.2011 at 9.50 P.M.

                                      I was given an assurance that the same will be credited into your account within 36 hours. But till now the same has not been credited. you are requested to please look into the matter and please do the needful at the earliest and oblige.
