I ordered a mobile phone worth 10000rs on amazon, 2 weeks ago and paid money online through my punjab national bank account but due to some issues i canceled the ordered
Now amazon says that they credited the money but didn't get in my bank account
I complained so many times but didn't get any response please do something about it

    I returned my product on 31st jan and refund initiated by amazon on 2-feb with refund refernce no.
    # 30005110131013203380492
    for ₹ 1667 but not credited in my account. I contacted bank care and branch as well but they are not helping by saying that we can help only in balance that you have. and amazon is not helping by saying that we already credited so it is no more our responsiblity.

        My name is Yash Kumar Meena and I had ordered wild stone code chrome perfume of RS 400 Amount on 24 January 2021 and after, on 29 January 2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 29 January 2021 Amazon started the amount to my card but I still did not get the money, Amazon sent this reference number - 30005110241024144288840 and told me to fill charge dispute form but punjab national Bank doesn't helped me with this . So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

          I had made a payment of Rs 1618/- on 24/01/2021 to amazon. I returned that product because of my personal reason and the payment was successful and amazon initiated refund on 02/02/2021 and i havent received the said amount of Rs 1618/- till date in my bank account. And Amazon gave me a reference I'd for the payment they did -30005110241024204642928

            Hello I had ordered this book on 29 jan 2021 from Amazon and it was a prepaid order so payment was done by my pnb bank account debit card. But the delivered product was faulty so I returned it. The money had to be refunded to my bank account till 14 feb 2021. But I haven't received the money yet on 18 feb 2021. Amazon has told me that refund has been sent successfully by them and it's a problem from bank side.
            Today amazon has provided me refund reference no. [protected]
            Kindly look into the matter so that I can get the money as soon as possible. Thank you.

            It has been 5 days since my complaint has been forwarded to the bank but still today I have not received my money yet and I have not been yet contacted by the bank in any manner.

              On 23 January 2021, I bought the Boat AirDops 441 TWS Ear Buds from Amazon which I had returned and the refund payment of 1799 rupees from Amazon and the return confirmation message from Fabruary 2, 2021 to Fabruary 7, 2021 from my Punjab National Bank Returns will come in the account, but today, on Fabruary 18, 2021, refund payment of 1799 rupees has not been received in my account and today on 18 Fabruary 2021, a refund reference number has come by mail, which is written below.

                I have ordered a Herballea digestive enzymes on 02/02/2021 by Amazon. lt was to be returned by Amazon because of some parcel damaging issue. Amazon initiated the refund on 07/02/2021 and it was expected to come on 12/02/2021. Amazon gave me the reference id (30005110331033142942903) but the Punjab National Bank has still not credited my money. i give you full details with proof via screenshots.

                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                  I shopped from Amazon and cancelled the order due to defective product. The amount of 3250/- was refunded from Amazon on 28/01/2021 with the refund refernce # 30005110081008172735932 . But it does not cerdited to my account I contacted the customer care of both PNB and amazon they both are blaming on each other I have done all things that bank asked me to do like visiting branch office and all but it was of no use.
                  Amazon customer care told me to ask my bank to fill a charge dispute form but bank denied of any such form and just blame the issue on Amazon.
                  I have been facing this same thing for a week the both company are blaming each other while no one is trying to resolve the issue.
                  and the same incident happened with my other order also Amazon refunded the amount of 849/- on 13/02/2021 but didnt credited to my account.
                  Please help resolve this issue

                    I cancelled two items which I ordered on 4th February. But my refund has not been credited on my bank account. Amazon initiated the refund on 4th and 5th of February which was expected to come by 9th and 10th February respectively. The amounts are ₹ 177 and ₹119.73. Amazon has send me the reference number 30005110351035114917727 but the Punjab National Bank has not still credited my money.
                    Please help me as soon as possible.

                      I purchased an item worth rupees 496 from amazon but I canceled it because of some issue. I bought it on 2 Feb and today it is 18 Feb and still, I didn't get the refund credited. I contacted Amazon they gave me a reference id to confirm the issue from the bank. Amazon is telling contact your bank and the bank is telling contact amazon. What should I do now?

                                    Than again i applied for internet banking password again i still got no documents or post till now

                                      Hello, I had placed an order on Amazon for a product on 3 feb 2021. And it was a prepaid order and the payment was done by my debit card. But later I cancelled that and received a email from Amazon which said that the order has been cancelled successfully and I will receive the refund money in my account till 8 feb but haven't received the money yet on 18 feb. I contacted amazon and they told me that the refund process has been completed successfully by them and their is some problem from the bank side. Today amazon has provided me the

                                        I purchased a product from Amazon worth Rs. 32990 on 23rd January, and returned it on 1st feb. According to Amazon, the refund was initiated on 2nd feb in my PNB account, but I still haven't received it. PNB customer care service is really poor, they don't provide any information even when I have a refund reference number.
