My name is (MD ASHADUL ISLAM) and I had ordered (5299) of RS.Amount(EVOLVE SMARTWATCH ) in Amazon on (2FEB 2021) and after (3FEB 2021) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (3FEB 2021)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
(30005110281028113112189) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

I have deposited RS 2000 and got my account no on 9th Feb 2021 in shillong Branch. but it’s been 2 weeks now my savings account is not activated . Why that much of delay ?

Sir, I have to say that Amazon issued me a refund of Rs 290 on 18/01/2021 by RRN74332741019101811411261 but it has not been credited in my account till now. I have already submitted a complaint in my branch as well as online but there is no resolution till now. please help me to get my money back. Details are as follows.

Hello, I had placed an order on Amazon for a product on 3 feb 2021. And it was a prepaid order and the payment was done by my debit card. But later I cancelled that and received a email from Amazon which said that the order has been cancelled successfully and I will receive the refund money in my account till 8 feb but haven't received the money yet on 18 feb. I contacted amazon and they told me that the refund process has been completed...

I purchased a product from Amazon worth Rs. 32990 on 23rd January, and returned it on 1st feb. According to Amazon, the refund was initiated on 2nd feb in my PNB account, but I still haven't received it. PNB customer care service is really poor, they don't provide any information even when I have a refund reference number....

For fees transaction via Paytm.
And due to error transaction got failured but my money was not Refunded.
Pls work on that issue. I need your help.

Sir/ma'am, I had ordered a phone from Amazon Rs 11078/- on 29th of Jan. Next day I cancelled it. Refund has been refunded by Amazon but doesn't creadit in my account...I did complain in amazon as well as in pnb but no effect seen till date.

Refund not credited my account number...

On 13/01/2021 i had ordered Park avenue blazer of rs 2729 which i received on 17 /01/2021, and i returned it on 28/01/2021, after which amazon initiated refund of rs 2729 on 28/01/2021 with reference id 30005110131013203408020 but till today 16/02/2021 i havent received refund to my bank account....
