I filed a complaint through customer service for a failed transaction on 3rd January 2019. I was told that the complaint will be resolved within 45 working days but today it is 7th July 2019 and my complaint is not resolved and when asked the customer service about the same they always tell that the complaint is under process.

Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The refund for amount 579.00 was successfully processed on 6/30/2019 by Amazon India but the amount was not credited to my bank account and the bank denied helping.
In 15 June I purchase a item from Amazon but 18 June cancel the item. Amazon returned my fund on date 19 June. Fund refund reference no is 037815. Pls credit the amount to my account
