Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Complaint regarding delivery of PNB Fastag | |
I have applied for PNB fastag through the online portal on 28/02/2020 with application number APP0279840. I received a message on 03/03/2020 that my fastag has been generated and will be dispatched soon. But till now I did not get my fastag delivered. I have raised many complaints to PNB but no one has responded positively. I talked to customer care also but they do not have an answer to my question. I have sent 09 emails to [protected]@pnb.co.in dated 11/03/2020, 13/03/2020, 21/03/2020, 18/05/2020, 24/05/2020, 30/06/2020, 10/08/2020, 17/08/2020, 01/09/2020 but they seem to be very busy that they do not have time for their customers. I have also raised concerns in pgportal.gov.in through which again I received cc copy of mail sent to PNB on 28/07/2020 but PNB has no time to reply. I have given a written complaint to the Wardha branch office on 30/06/2020 also sent an email on the same date to [protected]@pnb.co.in but still no progress. It is my kind request to either deliver my fastag of refund my money.. Was this information helpful? | |
