Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Detected money through debit card but third party had not received | |||||
Sir, My account no. is ([protected])in Punjab national Bank.i have sent mails to PNB so many times, but I couldn't get any response, on 16 Dec and 22 December my money has been detected through debit card but Jabong could not receive, they had confirmed it, money is stuck somewhere in the gateway of bank, now its bank's responsibility to return my money so that I can feel that my money is safe in this bank, being their client its their duty to provide security to our bank, we want hassle free service, I know bank can't stop technical problems but bank can solve the technical issues and at least give satisfactory response.
