Punjab National Bank [PNB] — erratic messages relating to debit card & upi operations | |||
My name is phaniraj v akshanta, a/c no.[protected]. I have recently shifted to mysore from mumbai. Am maintaining the account at mumbai as i have to receive some funds from a couple of sources. My complaint is periodically i get messages on utilising the debit card no.[protected] that "for security reasons your debit card is being blocked until further action, contact your branch". This is for online transactions but it works at atms & pls machines. Also, when i operate bhim or phonepe, the transferrable amount gets limited to rs.20000 & sometimes nil for a couple of days - subsequently i get the message that i have exceeded the amount permitted or the number of transactions allowed.
