[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — excess amount withdrawn

We have withdrawn the amount through cheque no. 547833 and 547834 on 20th may & 21st may of rs. 40000 each. I'm surprised to see that rs.45000 is been debited from my account against cheque of rs.40000. This fraud is happened in pnb mohan nagar branch. How it can happen that a cheque of rs.40000 can withdraw rs.45000. This is a clear case of fraud. So, i'm going to file a fir. I want the refund of rs.5000 along with the harassment charges.

I had ordered product mahabhringraj oil from Amazon[protected]. It is not delivered to me. Refund has been initiated 22 days ago. I have also checked it through customer service. Bt money is not transferred into my account. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
