Punjab National Bank [PNB] — extra bank charges debited to my account

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

Bank has debit cheque return charges rs. 354 /- (Signature mismatch) instead of 150 which is normal charges of every bank,
Abm using arrogant language with customer, not getting proper support from bank.
Bank account on opera house branch
Why the bank has not inform before returning the cheque, they has to reversed this charges on my account immediately.

From last 2 month around 200 RS were cut from my account.while my account is saving and student
