Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I am complaining about the amount credited to my account which has not yet been credited even after one week

My refund was credited from Amazon on 9 June but it's 16 June and the amount has not yet been credited to my account... I called Amazon, but they said they have credited and provided me the Refund reference number.. On calling PNB customer care 3 times, every time they are saying that they can't help with it, even they are not ready to hear the Reference number...
