Sir please help me i have purchase a item in amazon but i return the product an issue so amazon transfer my money in my bank account but my statement not read this transaction and amazon give me a referral no.[protected] and i go bank but he says that it's not a our hand so you forgot this money i will call in customer care of pnb but also said that we can't do anything please help me sir
