Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I want to request charge back for my transaction. | |||
Sir, this is to request you that i have paid my electricity bill on 28 July 2020 through payTm UPI. money paid by my PNB Account but didn't received to my merchant (UPCL). As per the PNB advice i complaint to Pay Tm regarding the issue. Pay Tm has requested charge back against the merchant but they told me to co-ordinate with your bank ie. PNB. i went to Branch Manager but the refused to request my charge - back i have given the written application for refund to manager and all the details about the Transaction, its almost two months has been passed but Branch Manager had not requested any charge back. will you please help me to request for charge - back refund to my merchant (UPCL) anyhow. i am attaching the screenshot of my Transaction and Pay Tm reply.
