Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I'm complaining about my refund process from amazon | |||
Dear sir, I purchased a book from amazon on 15.092019 and due to some reason the order didn't get confirmed and the amount got deducted from my account so amazon started my refund on 16.09.2019 they also gave me a refund reference number which is #75260829259033211740905 but the bank is telling me that there is no refund in my account Kindly look into my matter and resolve my issue.
