Punjab National Bank [PNB] — issue regarding my 2 refunds from pnb | |||
I had ordered 2 products from amazon using my PNB master card of 293 ₹ and 414₹ on 4/6/2019 and 6/6/2019 respectively. After that both these products gets cancelled due to some reason and Amazon has credited my amount to me on their respective date and i also received email of refund reference id from amazon on next day of cancelling order i will attach both at the end of this complaint. And Amazon give the last date of 12 june and 13 june respectively for refund gets reflected in my account but till now i won't received any single amount in my account. I also tried to talk to their customer care but they denied to help me and ask me to go to the branch and in branch also they denied to help me please help me if you can.
