Punjab National Bank [PNB] — loan principal not decreasing

Dear sir / ma'am

I have taken a housing loan of rs. 4827380 from your bank on 24/10/2016
(Dd dated : 24/10/2016)
Yesterday i went to the bank and asked them about the loan outstanding amount due on me. I came to know that it is about rs. 48.67 lacs which was really shocking as disburse amount was 48.27 lac and even after 12 paid installments my principle has been increased instead of decreasing.
Kindly help me out
