Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Misbehavior and Misconduct with customer | |||
My PNB account is IN HARI NAGAR BF-81, JANAKPURI-58. My account number is [protected]. On 18th august i called on customer care number for debit card renewal.The person on the line gave me complaint number A[protected] and told to collect the card from home branch after 15 days.On 15th september i applied for my card to deputy manager MR. ARORA after which he misbehaved with me and refused my application.Then i complaint to the senior manager. He also misbehaved with me and did not respond to this matter.Sir i am a diabetic and hypertension patient.I am greatly worried about this matter.So it is a humble request from you to please look after this matter. Pl delete my name from your cibil office or website due to nothing balanced against me by pnb bank. I paid my all liability which was occurred by bank in 2010 for 25000/-business loan. Don't ignore me. I provide here my mobile number in my video clip.
