I purchase honor play mobile phone rs 15399 from amazon on 22 january and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 22 january and now amazon saying that refund has been send to bankcso contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a reference no #75503729023026440416150 and auth code #607422 but customer service is saying that they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money come to your account or not. Some behaviour by branch also.
Don't know what to do.
