[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — money debited from my debit card but not credited to kotak 811

On 23rd february i had loaded money through my debit card of punjab national bank to kotak 811 account. The amount of 5000 rupees was debited from my punjab national bank account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account due to transaction failure. But till now my money has not been refunded back to my punjab national bank account.

So kindly solve my problem soon.

Respected sir, by the name of sweep transfer, 4000Rs deducted on 01-feb-2018 and 8000Rs on 25 -jan-2018 has been deducted.so please verify this and returned the amount to my account.
