[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — money deducted from bank account but refund still not credited. | |||||
My account no is [protected] i made an order on 21/03/2018 from flipkart.com txn id:tx[protected] but the payment of the product failed because the product was out of stock. But money was deducted from my bank account. I used my debit card. Its been 5 days passed but still i did not received my refund yet. Flipkart confirmed that payment has failed and to contact my bank. The amount is 13999. Please let me know when my refund will be credited to my account. Its very urgent. Apr 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After 36 days later the issue atlast resolved. I received my refund today. For 28 days I waited but the issue did not resolved, on 13th april I raised a complain regarding this issue in this complain forum. After 32 days of complain I got my refund today. Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
