[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Money Refunded from Amazon but still not received in account | |
I had Ordered an Amazfit Bip U smartwatch from AMAZON.IN on 01-NOV-2020 which I successfully canceled on 01-NOV-2020 itself and since I had paid by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen to date. I contacted the AMAZON team which replied back to me with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 01st itself and it's up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but it has been longer than that. I regularly check my balance, nothing of that sort has been credited since then. My refund reference number is # 75105170307003370448384. Attached is the email from the AMAZON team stating that the refund has been successfully completed. Was this information helpful? | |

I ordered Boult earphones from amazon but I cancelled it .Amazon initiated my refund of Rs 329 on 16 nov, 2020 but I didn't recieved the amount in my account till 24 Nov, 2020.Amazon customer care provided me a reference no.and told me to contact customer care of pnb bank.I didn't got nay solution from pnb customer care .
