My name is dhairya patel and i had ordered 1. Boat earphones and 2. Clevair echotone earphones from amazon on 16/07/2020 and 17/07/2020 respectively. I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 17/07/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 75503720199040988747659 and 75503720199040988445361 and told me to fill charge dispute form but punjab national bankdoesn't have such policy.
