A sum of rs. 5160/- has been deducted as income tax from my pension a/c no [protected] in jalandhar branch (Micr code:[protected] on 21 mar 2017.in spite of several visits to the branch, i am told that form-16 has not been generated. Due date for filing itr is already over[protected]. Please do the needful and provide me form-16 (Tds certificate) so that i can file my itr for the fy 2016-17. My pan no is agbpc1782g. I have registeredthe complaint for the 5000 credit is my a/c.. but mony is not withdrawal from atm on 4 August 2017. 5 August complaint via customer care no.[protected] and the said mony is refund in 7 days working. My complaint no. A[protected] .. .. ..my a/c no. [protected]..
