Punjab National Bank [PNB] — non received refund

My partial refund from amazon reference no.[protected] has not been received even though the merchant says it has refunded. Order no.[protected], price (165rs received 50rs) 115 rs pending. Order date 6jan 2019, please look in the matter asap. It has been already more than a month from the order and not getting my refund i request you to please issue my refund soon.
