Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Regarding my refund from Flipkart on November 27, 2020 I cancelled realme 7i mobile on 28 November 2020 and they told me that my refund of rs 11999/- has been initiated on 11 December 2020.but till date i havent got my refund in my bank account.Flipkart has also given me a transaction reference no: 74766510338048096730501.i contacted the bank and they told me that we can do nothing.what should i do now.
