I have received following sms from pnb bank Mandate ref no.: punb[protected]xxxxxxx issued to reliance retail ltd with value 99999.00 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch. Then I got reference no. And problem solved with in 24 hours
