[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — recharge failed but not amount not refunded | |||
I recharged my prepaid mobile 2 times ₹399, 399 phone pe on 29/03/2019 and done full payment by phonepe app was failed on 29/03/2019 and now phonepe is saying that refund has been send to bank. But refund was not credit in my account. Refund transaction id - t1903290822415273111242 & arn no -30001090899088089561878 But customer service is saying the issue is bank network and can only check if money came to your account or not. Recharged failed but amount is not credit in my account One payment is credit today 18/04/2019in my account but second payment is not credit in my accont .
