Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund from amazon not deposited in my account | |||
Customer care of pnb asked me to check mpassbook. I downloaded it and when i waited for otp to register. It never arrived. Refund from amazon for two cancelled orders rs. 2877 and rs. 1180 was processed by amazon but pnb has not deposited it into my account inspite of customer care calls and it has been two weeks Kindly help. My account no#[protected].My refund amount:479, My refund reference no#75260829277033760835393. This is to confirm that refund for amount 479.0000 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now. But it is still not credited to my bank account.
