Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund from amazon not received

I placed an order on amazon on 29 may 2018 of rs 35000 and paid rs 33699 via pnb debit card and 1300 by amazon pay balance but cancelled the order by the night
Amazon said it will give me refund till 6 of june and they provided me reference number and transaction id for the payment but till now i havent recieved my money so amazon said me to file a charge dispute on pnb but branch and customer care are not filling complaint so amazon and pnb both are saying contact amazon contact pnb what should i do its a very big amount
