I purchased a mobile phon honor8x (Blue 4 gb ram, 64gb internal storage) inr-14999 on 15 dec than i cancelled it. Then amazon send me a msg than refund initiated from over side on 15dec they provide me a reference code75503728350025376520790 and ask to bank about your refund. I called them n said to file a charge dispute they denied n said we just check that ur money credited in your account or not. Cant help. Was this information helpful? | |

I also complaint in pnb bank custmor service n droped a mail too n complaint to cusumer form bt i think email work .so try for it and wait for 45 days it will added in Ur account with in45 days after complain.
