[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund from online purchase amazon india

On 28-oct-2018 I ordered Mi band 3 worth 1998rs. But due to some battery life issue I return the product and for that Amazon India refund me the amount back partially 169 in my Amazon pay balance and 1829 in bank account as same paid by me but I didn't get the amount back in my bank account and for this I contact Amazon customer care they said the amount is already processed by them on 19 Nov 2018 with reference no. 75503728324024675037575 and told me to contact bank for the same and file a charge dispute for this but bank customer care and branch say they doesn't have this kind of option available now nor the bank customer service is helping not Amazon plz help I want my refund back
