Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund has not been credited to my pnb account | |||
I had purchased 2 sneakers from myntra and i cancelled the order, the online shopping portal claims that they have initiated the refund but the money is not being reflected in my account. When i contacted the back they said that they are helpless and they cannot do anything as they are not able to see the amount credited to my account but on the other hand i have been provided with the refund reference no. For my transaction which is "[protected]" for rs. 2406 and another refund reference no. For another transaction is "75105178257001322715754" for rs. 2406. The online shopping site says that the refund is given within 7-10 days if you shop with your debit card. And i cancelled the items on 13th of september and it's already been more than 10 days and i haven't received the refund yet. Please kindly help me out with the same and i need my refund back as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
