Punjab National Bank [PNB] — refund has not been done | |||
Firstly i want to say i am very old customer of pnb branch and i was not expecting this type of behavior from pnb branch.. I am very disappointing.. I am just frustrated... My pnb account is in the branch of jharsaitly... The issue was i was supposed to get refund of 11200 from lenskart of my order as i returned the product because that was defected... Lenskart team have refunded the amount on 11 march.. But yet i am not able to get any amount in account... Lenskart team are very supportive they have given me refund reference number by which the transaction has made but i went to bank as per you customer service guidance as they said we can't help you in this so u have to to the bank..in this worst situation i went to branch nd there they denied to see any rrn nmbr i have told so many time i m having the rrn please check in your system they denied nd denied they only no refund was showing in your account... If this was so why they denied to see the rrn what is this behavior this is how you treat the customer m just calling from last twenty days.. And what i a getting is excuses... This is insane... Now what i supposed to do should i complaint against this because for you may be its small amount not for me... This is the money i have earned of hardwork... This is so disgusting seriously nd very disappointing... Refund has been completed by lenskart but the pnb bank is not giving me that amount Was this information helpful? | |||
