Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated but not credited in Bank Account

I have a refund from AJIO of Rs. 1596.04 which was paid through Phonepay where 100 rupees was paid by Phonepay wallet and 1496 rupees was paid from my Bank UPI.Now for cancellation of my order of AJIO a refund of Rs. 1596.04 was initiated by AJIO on 30th July 2021 with RRN N[protected] to my Phonepay account and it was credited on that day and than Phonepay transaction the amount of Rs. 1496 which was paid by UPI to my UPI Bank Account on 2nd August 2021 with UTR Number[protected] but my Bank not reflect the amount into My Account and still my Bank has not been credited the amount into my Bank Account and while I was asking them that when I'll get my money bank they told to wait 2 momths
