[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not received | |||
My name is Riya and I had ordered a product of RS.1999 on Amazon on 03/12/2020 & I cancelled the order on the same day due to personal reason. And on 08/12/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005403390338123477390 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy.
