[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated from FirstCry but not received in Bank Account | |
I had ordered something from FirstCry on 12-DEC-2020 which i successfully cancelled on the same day. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the FirstCry team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from FirstCry but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 75503720349044368585399. Attached is the email from the FirstCry team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

Jan 12, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After complaining here, I received the money in my account in few days, meanwhile i did't do anything and the problem is solved. Thank You Punjab National Bank [PNB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
