I order cosmic byte headphone on 3 Dec. I am pay online payment but same day I am cancel the item the amazon company refund the payment but bank customer is not credit in my account after 2 weeks no solution for these problem

I have order headphone 1049rs on a 3 Dec through amazon and also a payment online but same day I cancel the order after as some time amazon has send the message that your payment was successful and also send me refund reference number but pnb bank is not credit to my account for a two week.
